About the Founder

Sara is an established executive backed by over 17 years of experience building and running high-caliber teams across a number of industries. Her clients span North America, Europe, and Latin America, and range from small technology start-ups to Fortune 100 big-box retailers. She is known for her ability to build happy, high-performing teams with a consistent record of exceeding revenue goals year-over-year. Sara studied evidenced-based coaching at Fielding Graduate University. She is an active member of the International Coaching Federation, and is nearing completion of the rigorous education and practice requirements necessary to receive formal ACC accreditation. Sara grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, and understands the hard work it takes to reach one’s goals.  She was the first in her family to attend college, and graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in marine biochemistry.  Sara worked as a cook on a scuba boat and as a makeup artist, before transitioning to running a sales team at a cosmetics company and eventually finding her way to the high-tech industry.  Sara has visited over 30 countries on 4 continents, including spending 6 months studying at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark.  In 2018, Sara established the Gupta Family StartWise Scholarship at UC Santa Barbara to fund 1st generation college students studying abroad in under-served countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
